Our Clients

For over 30 years, IPC has partnered with a diverse array of organisations dedicated to improving public care services. Our clients come from four primary sectors: national bodies, the independent and voluntary sectors, the NHS, and local authorities. While the majority of our clients are based in England and Wales, we also extend our expertise to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.

National Bodies

We work with central governments and national bodies across the UK and Ireland to influence policy development, system design, and research. Our goal is to shape evidence-based public care systems that promote health, resilience, and social inclusion. This involves creating effective policies, designing and implementing care frameworks, and conducting studies to inform policy decisions and improve practices.

Independent and Voluntary Sectors

Supporting the independent and voluntary sectors is crucial for delivering person-centred care. We help these organisations develop sustainable strategies and enhance service delivery. Our services include strategic planning, training programmes to strengthen staff and volunteer capabilities, and fostering innovative care approaches to meet emerging needs and challenges.

NHS

Our partnerships with NHS entities such as Integrated Care Boards and Foundation Trusts place us at the heart of healthcare planning and service delivery. We work on designing integrated care models, ensuring seamless service delivery, and providing training to enhance the skills of healthcare professionals. Our aim is to ensure health outcomes meet the highest standards of care.

Local Authorities

We collaborate with county and unitary councils, as well as district councils and local organisations, to shape effective social care and housing strategies, redesign services, and implement operational improvements. This includes supporting community-based initiatives, assisting in the transformation of care services for efficiency and effectiveness, and helping local authorities implement national care policies tailored to their communities’ needs.
