Join Our Network of Expert Associates

We employ freelance Associates to complement the skills and experience of our salaried colleagues. Our Associates work on a self-employed basis, engaging in specific projects or areas of expertise.

We are currently looking for Associates who have managed social work teams in Wales and are fluent in Welsh. If you have been a social care team or service manager and are interested in consultancy projects or delivering our leadership development programmes across Wales, we would love to hear from you.
