Join our team at IPC and be a part of an outstanding university institute committed to improving people’s health and wellbeing. As an integral part of Oxford Brookes University, IPC combines academic rigour with practical experience to drive positive change in public care services.
We work collaboratively with a diverse range of partners, including local authorities, health services, and care providers, to develop innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and outcomes. Working at IPC means being at the forefront of public care innovation, contributing to meaningful projects that make a tangible difference in communities across the UK.
We employ freelance Associates to complement the skills and experience of our salaried colleagues. Our Associates work on a self-employed basis, engaging in specific projects or areas of expertise.
We are currently looking for Associates who have managed social work teams in Wales and are fluent in Welsh. If you have been a social care team or service manager and are interested in consultancy projects or delivering our leadership development programmes across Wales, we would love to hear from you.
If you are interested in joining our team or learning more about the opportunities at IPC, please reach out to Professor Fiona Richardson or Professor Katy Burch.
