A registered social worker, \u00c5sa graduated in social work from \u00d6rebro University in Sweden and gained an MSc in Public Sector Management from Aston University Business School.<\/p>\n
\u00c5sa joined IPC in 2010, and her particular focus has been on performance management, strategy and commissioning. Through her work, she has developed a wealth of knowledge and skills in undertaking service reviews and transformation projects, and she has a firm commitment to improving outcomes for service users and their families. \u00c5sa is a qualified coach and brings expertise in staff development though mentoring, coaching, action learning and teaching.
