This webinar is conducted in partnership with the Staff College, as commissioned by Social Care Wales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will hear from IPC&#8217;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ipc.brookes.ac.uk\/about-ipc\/team\/tutu-adebiyi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tutu Adebiyi Associate Consultant<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ipc.brookes.ac.uk\/about-ipc\/team\/richard-timms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Richard Timms Associate Consultant<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ipc.brookes.ac.uk\/about-ipc\/team\/caroline-dowson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Caroline Dowson Senior Consultant<\/a>, about recent findings and early thoughts about what can be done to identify leadership potential within social care in those from diverse ethnic backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Date:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13th June 2024 10am-12pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Workshop format:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams and will feature a blend of presentations and smaller group discussions to enable participation by all delegates<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Booking:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Anyone working within social care in Wales or with an interest in anti-racist practice in Wales<\/strong>&nbsp;is warmly invited to join the webinar.
